1. This product supports the OEM factory backup camera, please choose 'My car has factory backup camera' if your car equips with factory backup camera, we will include the adapter.
2. This product does not work with the OEM 6 CD changer, but our product supports DVD disc playback and SD/USB music/video, you do not need the old 6 CD changer any more.
3. This product does not have Sirius/XM radio feature, you will loose the Sirius/XM.
4. Mercedes-Benz CLK/CLS has two similar head units, but the size are not the same.Please measure the dimensions of original radio as shown below, this product is only suitable with the one with 253mm*238mm*120.15mm.

But you also need the Fiber Optic(MOST) adapter for Mercedes-Benz. The adapter is optional, please add it from the drop-box.
